How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Functions necessary to ensure login security​
In order to ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our products and/or services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we need to collect information such as your device information (device unique ID) to determine the risk of your account login. We will use the above information to detect possible system risks, security risks, and information anomalies. If you do not provide the above information, we can not protect your account security and account rights and interests.​

Recording voice and converting it to text or text to speech

When you use the Siri function within the application for conversation, the conversation content processing will be handled through the Siri function embedded in the Apple device. Relevant information obtained through cooperation with third-party access​
To ensure the implementation and stable operation of the functions within this application, we may access software development kits (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), and other codes provided by other third parties or through cooperative means to achieve the relevant purposes.​

In order to optimize application usage experience and help analyze the crash data generated during use, this application integrates the third-party Microsoft data platform Appcenter (Microsoft Privacy Statement). The collected information includes UUID, device model, system version, application opening and functional events, crash data, and so on. The collected data is stored and managed by Microsoft and can not be accessed by unauthorized users.

How Users Manage Information

Accessing, Correcting and Deleting - You can view your system authorization permissions by going to "Settings - PPC Chat" on your phone.​

Turning Off or Revoking Authorization - You can turn off Siri and network permissions, change your authorization scope or revoke your authorization by going to "Settings - PPC Chat" on your device's operating system.​

Deactivation: Your account may be deactivated or deleted in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement and relevant national laws and regulations. If your account is deactivated or deleted, all service materials and data associated with that account will be deleted or processed in accordance with the service agreement for that particular item. You can also deactivate your account on your own accord, by uninstalling the app.​

Legal Responsibility and Disclaimer

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect users' device resources and communication privacy and integrity, but users acknowledge and agree that we cannot provide any guarantees in this regard. Based on user usage and behavior, we may develop or adjust software functionality to improve its features, user experience, and services. We reserve the right to modify or interrupt software services at any time without prior notice to users in order to protect business development and adjustment independence.​

In no event shall we or our partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this software. In the event of a technical malfunction or any uncontrollable event that disrupts service operations, we promise to cooperate with relevant units to handle and repair the situation in a timely manner. The AI model's messages are generated by computers and are fictional. Please use your own discretion when differentiating between true and false.
